Of the castle’s set area. We provide 50ft extension cord. Please let our team know if the location of the set up is further than 50 ft. From a power outlet. We can provide generators for an additional cost. Bounce houses cannot be set up on the following under any circumstances : - Gravel / Rock - Mud - Sand - Hills - Balconies - Rooftops - Wind (20 mph +) Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day. Remaining Balance is Due 7 days before your event. Cleaning Deposit There will be a $150 Cleaning Deposit added to every rental. Deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 business days after the event only if equipment is not dirty, stained, wet, or moved from original setup area All payments are non-refundable except for the Cleaning Deposit. Cancellations will be happily credited for a future reservation.
