Of the castle’s set area. We provide 50ft extension cord. Please let our team know if the location of the set up is further than 50 ft. From a power outlet. We can provide generators for an additional cost. Bounce houses cannot be set up on the following under any circumstances : - Gravel / Rock - Mud - Sand - Hills - Balconies - Rooftops - Wind (20 mph +) Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day. Deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 business days after the event only if equipment is not dirty, stained, wet, or moved from original setup area All payments are non-refundable except for the Cleaning Deposit.
